Online purchase instructions

1. Select the date you will come visit us, the type of tickets you want to purchase (adults, under 18, over 60), and the number of tickets you want to purchase according to the types selected. Click ADD.
*Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date.

2. Click on the PAY button.

3. Review your purchase before proceeding. You can update the number of tickets by clicking UPDATE.

4. Enter the buyer's information and the names of the other visitors (if applicable).

5. Review and accept the Terms and conditions, and personal data processing policy. Click on the PAY button.

6. Select PayuLatam to make your payment online. You will be redirected to the payment platform to complete the purchase process.

7. You will receive an email to the one you registered with your entrance ticket(s), which you must present on the day of your visit at the entrance to Casa Terracota.

Self-guided Tour: You will have access to the architect’s explanation through audios and videos via QR codes. Free Wi-Fi access available.

*It is mandatory to present your current student or teacher card for validation on the day of the visit. If you purchase these ticket types and do not have the accreditation document, the excess of the ticket will be charged at the normal price at the Casa Terracota box office.

The Tour

Visit the interiors, exteriors and gardens of Casa Terracota, with an audio guided tour, in which the creator of this work of art, Octavio Mendoza Morales, will tell you the secrets and curiosities of Casa Terracota.
