Buy your ticket to Casa Terracota
Tickets can be purchased at Casa Terracota’s box office on the day of the visit, or in advance on our website.
High Season at Casa Terracota:
Year-end holidays I Holy Week I Mid-year vacations I October break week
Important information to keep in mind for this high holiday season:
- This high season runs from December 7, 2024 to January 13, 2025. Check rates before making your purchase.
- On December 16, Casa Terracota will be open only from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (last entry).
- On Thursday, December 26, there will be no service.
- From December 27 to January 6, 2025, we will be open every day during regular hours.
- On January 16, there will be no service.
1. Select the date you will come visit us, the type of tickets you want to purchase (adults, under 18, over 60), and the number of tickets you want to purchase according to the types selected. Click ADD.
*Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date.
2. Click on the PAY button.
3. Review your purchase before proceeding. You can update the number of tickets by clicking UPDATE.
4. Enter the buyer's information and the names of the other visitors (if applicable).
5. Review and accept the Terms and conditions, and personal data processing policy. Click on the PAY button.
6. Select PayuLatam to make your payment online. You will be redirected to the payment platform to complete the purchase process.
7. You will receive an email to the one you registered with your entrance ticket(s), which you must present on the day of your visit at the entrance to Casa Terracota.

The Tour
Visit the interiors, exteriors and gardens of Casa Terracota, with an audio guided tour, in which the creator of this work of art, Octavio Mendoza Morales, will tell you the secrets and curiosities of Casa Terracota.
