Welcome! You are at Casa Terracota, Villa de Leyva, Boyacá, Colombia. As the name “Terracota” suggests, this is a house built with “cooked clay soil”. It is an architectural and construction proposition by Octavio Mendoza Morales, a Colombian architect. We welcome you, please keep in mind that this house belongs to all of us. Let’s hope one day it will be considered a common heritage; as such, I invite you to take good care of it. All of our visitors are always welcome.

Un projet et une construction architecturale de Octavio Mendoza Morales, architecte colombien et constructeur de ce projet. Bienvenue, cette maison nous appartient à tous. On souhaite qu’un jour celle-ci soit classée monument du patrimoine culturel et artistique soit qu’ on la soutienne et protège comme telle. Les visiteurs y seront toujours les bienvenus.

Het is een architectonisch en bouwkundig voorstel van Octavio Mendoza Morales, een Colombiaanse architect.
